What to report
Report copyright, unauthorized publication, privacy/personality or image-right concerns, incorrect attribution, or other allegedly unlawful content. Supply the exact page URL, what concerns you, your connection to the rights and the action requested. Explain the basis and identify relevant evidence without uploading sensitive documents.
How reports are handled
The form records a private case and returns a reference. Editors review it and may temporarily hide material using the existing publication controls, request more information, and record a decision to remove, correct, restore or retain it. A report alone does not automatically remove a work or prove an infringement. Follow up by email with your reference; there is no public complaint register or automated email acknowledgement.
Fair review and urgent matters
The editor may seek a contributor’s response and share only information necessary for review, subject to applicable obligations. Do not knowingly submit false or abusive reports. Use contact email if the form fails; use competent authorities for emergencies or legal orders. This process does not replace statutory remedies or promise a fixed response time; mandatory deadlines take priority.
Privacy and review
Complainant information and internal decisions are admin-only. Do not send passwords or government ID with an initial report. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — confirm the formal notice procedure, evidence retention, deadlines, appeals and any 5651/BTK duties.
